Under 150 lbs!!!!!!!! Such a milestone. I literally cried when I saw the scale. That's down 31 lbs since February and only 14 more lbs to my goal weight!!!!!!

Measurements:
Waist at narrowest: 32.5
Waist at navel: 33.5
Hips: 40
Chest: 37
Forearm: 9.5
Upper arm: 11.5
Thigh: 21.5
149.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
