I'd really hoped for one of those inspiring, big first week losses.,especially as I've been 100% on plan. Reality check: I'm being impatient, it's not even a whole week. It's a subtle shift but it's in the right direction. Do it all again next week and watch small successes add up, don't even consider giving up before the process of change has kicked in.
