217.2 lbs. I'm quite happy to see that number, I was up to 227 recently. Doing low carb for the time being and it's working, I plan to continue that for at least a few weeks but will eventually work back to my long term plan of targeting calories and macros in a flexible eating plan that includes intermittent fasting.
Short term goals are to stick with low carbs in the near term, and log all my food. I haven't logged in a long time, I know it's what I HAVE TO DO to be successful. Once I get back into the practice it'll become habit again.
