No weigh in today. Today is my treat day. It is easier to eat less, and I am already getting satisfied with less food. It is hard to imagine that it is possible to lose more than 100 pounds, I have to continue reminding myself that its just one pound at a time. I have to remeber my goal is 1-2 pounds a week. That is what I need to focus on.
