Slipped up and weighed myself again without my trainer. I presume he will weigh me next week but a month in between weighing is really long. I also did my body fat% and its 29.4 (athletic) or 31.4 (normal)... I see my stomach getting flatter but I attribute that to running. I do see more muscle definition in my arms & legs. I definitely feel like I am stronger. Ive completed 7 sessions with my trainer so far.
