Happy Maximum Effort Monday! This week has been much better overall; I even went on my longest walk so far (this year) - about 2 miles! It felt great :) Had a treat meal of lettuce-wrapped Teen Burgers yesterday and still showed a small drop. Since last Monday: down 4.6 pounds! I don't feel I am at maximum effort yet: maybe 40% given? I will add something new exercise-wise this week. Hope you had a terrific week and stay awesome!!! 8 weeks till Labour Day!
