Okay summer is over and I start back to work @ school in 1 week and I'm back at the weight I started. I have worked all summer with troubled children which normally I enjoy but this year was very stressful. My husband has changed jobs 3 times this summer and that has me stressing out as well. I need to find something to do that is more "filling" than eating everything in site.
