This happens every time. I start losing weight and do really good for 2 or 3 weeks then I get sick and can't work out and don't feel like eating healthy and just can't get back on track when I'm better. This has got to change.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
