I find that fluctuating daily points has prevented me from hitting a plateau at any point... so if it happens again you could try that. At least you can pin-point that it was the milk that you changed in your diet. I guess that is a lesson to us all that if you go changing your eating plan and eat different things... make a note of how it either may help or impair our losses. You just keep up the great work there though and I wish you every success with losing more. ;o)
