It's been a ruff few weeks. For the last few weeks, I've not lost a pound but I started drinking my milk again and I lost a pound. I have kicked up my workouts and I am so happy. I have been following the plan and counting my points. My leader says that some people hit a plateau and to try something different or look back at the journals when I was consistantly loosing and see what I've changed and it was the milk. So we will see what happens next time.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find that fluctuating daily points has prevented me from hitting a plateau at any point... so if it happens again you could try that. At least you can pin-point that it was the milk that you changed in your diet. I guess that is a lesson to us all that if you go changing your eating plan and eat different things... make a note of how it either may help or impair our losses. You just keep up the great work there though and I wish you every success with losing more. ;o)
