Today is day 1 of a 3 day planned: 20 net carbs max and 1700 calories max
Today is also my last day of getting on the scale until Monday morning, the beginning of a new month. I plan on putting up my numbers Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
Yesterday I was on track for a sub 40 carb day but that changed when some Cheetos crossed my lips.
I had a very filling breakfast this morning and I am also making the same for lunch. (Bringing my foods to the office is what I need to do. I preached this in the past but was inconsistent with practicing it. This is changing and I need to stick to it until it becomes a habit)
#LETSGOTEAMFS
8:11 PM update. Over my goal of carbs for the day by 10.64 grams. Calorie goal blown by 505. I logged every bite and I will improve. At least my carbs today was half the amount of yesterday.

OMG! The Cheetos! You and I are too much alike... :) :)

When I 'think' of the Cheetos in the company vending machine, the only thing that can stop me from eating one (two?) is when I am on a fast. I have -No Willpower- :( That's just the way it is for me.

so you are going back to low carb for a potential life plan?? or is it temporary?? This is what you found your research showed worked for you?? Either way it is a workable plan, just curious.

Thanks @From371to184 - I need new clothes but I am holding out until Onederland. Thank @adefwebserver - Yup twins but you are the tiny, older one with abs and I am the one with the "Gun Show" rocking a Grizzly Adams beard in the making. Thanks @baskington - low carb WOE worked in the past for me and I need to return to it and stay in this lane as best as possible.

Joining you on that low carb path. I watched the hearings yesterday and ate all day long. And what I had to eat (in addition to the better foods) was really bad, particularly in quantity. So let's do this, Ches! The right eating part is probably easier than staying off the scale for three days but I'm going to try to do that too.
