I am thankful that my husband, daughter and parents are relatively healthy. That my sis-in-law is able to look after mom-in-law. That the weather may be cooling down this weekend. That all I have to lose is about 25 pounds to be in decent shape.
I need to keep that in mind. It's just 25 pounds. That's not insurmountable.
I should go back and read the first few months of my FL entries to get back to that mindset of sticking to a plan all day. I start out great guns each morning, but by lunch my will power wanes. Maybe when I start to feel my resolve slipping, I should immediately come here to journal about it and think it through before I cave in to temptation.
