Have been busy for last 5 days so been weighing myself daily as usual but not updating. I have being good with updating food though since I do that on my phone might do the same with the weight. Had 2 slices of my birthday cake this week the first real sugar I have eaten since 2 Jan 2018 and it took so much guts to eat the cake. Almost like I have become sugar phobic. I only ate the cake because my wife had put so much effort into it. Anyway all seems to be going well. I hope to do better by increasing my cardio and sleeping earlier. Will see how that goes. Also I want to see whether I can stop the habit of gaining weight over the weekend. So I have set myself a challenge to lose 1kg by Monday morning which is 3 days time.
