Managed to do a 24hr intermittent fast with having had breakfast yesterday morning and drinking only water thereafter until breakfast this morning. Lost 900g during this period. Will try do a 24hr fast every Wednesday.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
