weighed at doctor's - very upset that Easter eating took me back 2 months but also bit constipated so might actually be lower than that. Of note also is that legs are very swollen so water retention is an issue.
398.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 133.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
