Well, I knew it would be bad news. Just back from Spring Break in Puerto Rico, and in my delight over vacation, and my eagerness to sample all the treats the island had to offer, I ate everything that didn't get out of the way. Although I was definitely more active on average than I am at home, it was not enough to offset consuming cheese like it was water. So now, back to reality. I know what I have to do; now I just have to do it. Good luck to all fellow travellers who may read this--may we all have an excellent week.
