Didn't follow any kind of healthy eating plan for the past two months . I helped a friend roof their house, me and my husband bought a house and I quit smoking - I could only make one healthy change at a time. I was up to 165 last Sunday. I followed Phase I to the tee (except for a few extra servings of nuts) since Monday and am down to 157! I can fit into my jeans again (I've been sweat pants and stretchy waisted pants and skirts for a few weeks now). I've got one more week (I am going to have a piece of pecan pie on thanksgiving) and then I'm ready for phase II until I get back down to 135.
