Still trying to get back into keeping track of food intake and recording my blood sugar reading. It's tougher than I remember. Having trouble knowing how many carbs and such food items have. Ugh! It'll all come back to me, I guess. Still need to find a new gym, ours closed down and we had prepaid for a year. Oh well! Wish me luck! Gotta start drinking more water and less Coke!
