Happy Friday!!!!! Ahhh what a beautiful feeling. Yesterday I consumed 50 something net carbs... part of which included a soft chicken taco from my love *Taco Bell* and two slices of wheat bread and still managed to pull off a scale drop. I think I'm in love with this new "food is not the enemy" life I've decided to live! Lol woooo these post workout endorphins have me buzzing like a bee 🐝

Yasss Ladyindenim, mushrooms are awesome! I need more because I'm craving homemade cream of mushroom now too and I'll be killing all I have left to make my chicken marsala today. This will be the first time having it with pasta in forever. I'm super excited! 😃
