The scale is just not moving

It's really difficult to stay motivated when the scale is not moving. If I don't have a good week, I try to figure out why. Sometimes our bodies just do whatever they want, even if we stay 100% on program. Look back on your week and be honest with yourself. Did you follow the plan 100%? Did you take extra bites, licks and tastes while cooking? Did you drink enough water and get in some exercise? If not, make a pact with yourself that the following week, you are going to do all those things and see if it makes a difference. Losing weight and getting healthy take a lot of commitment. But you are worth it! Good luck!

Another thing to watch is Salt/sodium intake. You retain a TON of water. So make sure to get in your MIN 8 Glasses. Water REALLY helps!!

I second what Suzi said! Chin up and keep working, the scale will go down.

Hang in there...if you are following like you are suppose to it will happen soon enough! Keep your chin up! Also I found that I don't rely on the scale too much, if you are loosing inches and feeling good that is a bonus in itself!

Try not to get down, it is hard on the nerves when the scale gets stuck but another thing that will stall weight loss is stress, keep your chin up and stick with it and eventually the weight will have NO CHOICE but to LEAVE, lol

I thank all of you for you comments i really needed them. I got on the scale on sunday 10/28/07 and it finally whent down 2.5lb, 45.5 to go. once again thanks
