Lange Diät- & Trainingspause gemacht, jetzt gehts weiter. Bisher 36kg runter, Ziel bis zum Sommer sind 83kg. Das wären dann ca. 47kg!
207.2 lb Lost so far: 79.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
