Weighed in today because it’s officially 30 days since we’ve started and I’m really proud of myself. Not going to start daily weighing but once a week to keep reminding myself I’m only human. Daily journaling helps a lot of people and maybe itll help me too. I know I had a moment of weakness and had ONE chicken strip at work and immediately regretted it as I felt this uncomfortable feeling of “fullness” take over me. I was in my eating window so it was ok, just not the best choice. I have no more protein shakes to break my fast with so today is going to be regular food. I was thinking a meat lover’s burrito without the tortilla of course,cheese, jalapeños and some salsa!
