All was well until I snacked on chips and pear bread. According to Fat Secret calculations, 1525 ckals and 125 Gms of carbs theoretical should be less than my daily burn, especially after I exercised, yet I still gain weight. Apparently, there is no room for junk food in my diet if I want to lose weight and keep it off.
