I consumed 2000 kcals yesterday binging on sugar last night, and gained 3 LBS! My trigger was seeing someone eating a pumpkin donut while I was getting my son ready for bed, then after I ate that with almond milk, I craved chocolate. I have to learn and apply methods to fight this sugar/food addiction.
