Am Abend gab es noch gut was zu essen. Das war aber auch verdient: Insgesamt 11km gelaufen. Dabei die Außenalster umrundet. Ein großes Ziel erreicht.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
