Slight little gain. To say I've been on holiday that's not bad at all. Thought it'd be a lot worse, can't believe I'm still below my target, time to get back on it.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
