2320 kcal Fat: 95.61g | Prot: 109.96g | Carb: 214.54g.   Breakfast: Lift Apfelschorle, Nutella Nutella, Rinderhackfleisch, Harry Mehrkornbrötchen (70g). Lunch: Maggi Wirtshaus Spätzle in Champignon-Sauce, Mühlenhof Schweine-Nackensteaks in Kräutermarinade. Dinner: Bofrost Pizza Con Rucola E Pollo. Snacks/Other: Kartoffelchips, McEnnedy Popcorn Sweet, Whisky, Power System Protein Bar Joghurt, Coca-Cola Coca-Cola. more...
