I'm doing it I'm super excited it's Friday and this keto eating is working for me I don't consider it a diet that way I don't always worry about my weight I worry about the way I eat I'm excited for a wonderful weekend!!!!
168.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
