Start of a new week, haven't got on scales for ages. Still sitting around 130. 🙄😅 So have cut calories now from 1800 to 1500. Hoping to see some results now. 🤞🤞
130.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
