Started a fasting mimicking program and it's going well so far. Intermittent fasting has become a lifestyle change for 3 years now but I was seeing little to no results. I was bloated and my joints were inflamed. After 3 days of fasting mimicking I can honestly say that my bloating is gone and my inflammation has been greatly reduced. My husband and I are both doing 5 days on, 2 days off. He has lost 10lbs in 3 days. Most of that is water, however, that water loss helps reduce blood pressure, it's a win win!
