Good start the last 2 days, 1400 calories yesterday and today 1500! 👊😎 10k run and gym workout yesterday and tonight a mini home workout. Long may it continue. Glad I've gone back to counting calories, it does definately make you second guess picking up that biscuit in the staff room! 😂😂
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
