1744 kcal Fat: 108.54g | Prot: 103.36g | Carb: 81.74g.   Breakfast: Zitronensaft, Gut Drei Eichen Hausmacher Leberwurst Fein , Wasa Sesam Knäckebrot (30g). Lunch: Baresa Oliven Gefüllt mit Mandeln, Züger Bio Cottage Cheese , Walnüsse, Möhren. Dinner: Kartoffeln, Butter, Brokkoli, Gebratene Hähchenkeule (Haut gegessen). Snacks/Other: Paranüsse, Likör, Ja!
