So today I got my digital scale and I was waaaaay overguessing what I was eating. Which actually makes me sad, because that means I was eating less calories, carbs etc. and still having hard slow progress. 😒 So I also finally got my ass up and went to the gym today. 🤪 About 3 miles on the bike on level 3, 85 to 88 mph. Not very good, but I have to remember.....slow and steady. I am actually a little tired from it. Just goes to show how very out of shape I am. Good thing was I had minimal pain. So you win some and you loose some. 🤔 Here's to starting weighing food and bike rides everyday. Hope everyone had a wonderful day😁
