okay so its been two weeks and i have been really really bad, i have been eating everything i shouldnt, birthday cake, wedding cake, mashed potatoes, bean and chili dip... and drinking too, its was so hard with my best friends wedding, mom's birthday, father's day and my roommates birthday, i am soooo lucky right now that it was only two pounds that i gained back, i look back and say OMG what was i thinking, well now i am starting this week by hopping back on track, egg & turkey bacon "muffin" for break fast, grilled chicken with lettuce for lunch and the sugar free sauce and meatballs for dinner, i got to enjoy myself for two weeks and now its back to concentrating so i can get rid of these last 15 pounds that i hate!!!!!!!!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

hey, we all take 'vacations'...with all that going on, you'd be crazy not to let loose. at least you have your wits about you, and yah, 2 pounds? you got off easy! good job for getting back on that wagon, it might be tricky, now that your body has had a taste of all that stuff again, but you can do it!!!
