A little gain. That's OK! It's ok y'all to fluctuate a bit. I jogged a 5k then dropped my calories and activity the next day. The following day I increased my calories (stair stepping the calories). Remember it's a full plan, stay the course, plan self care. The day after AHeros5k I took the day off and scheduled a Thai Yoga Massage. If you haven't had one - go schedule one right now!
