I guess that means my start weight was above where I thought too. So before I moved the scale I was 178; moved it to the hard surface my weight was 184. Difference of 6#. So my start weight I guess was closer to 207.

Yeh, I was thinking when I read your post y'day, that I find the hard surface is more accurate. Glad you changed it. I think you'll get more consistent results. I was finding that the fibers in a carpet actually change the scale, depending on how much they help *support* it or something.

Sorry it seems to work against you. But, just remember it is a more accurate portrayal of reality. I think it will end up helping in the long run.
