Continued time in the gym. 60 min on the bike 13 miles every day. Sustained HR of 150 bpm. Maintaining diet calories of <1500 kcal.
249.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 74.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
