Slow and steady. Back from visiting my family and the biggest win was not gaining any weight! At this point, I’m noticing I’m losing inches more than the scale moving. This weeks goal is to exercise more. One step at a time.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
