Doing well so far..... Fridays are going to be my weigh in day so I stepped on the scale this morning. 196....that's 6 pounds down from that dreaded 202. I have attended ZUMBA twice and I'm hooked AGAIN!! Can't believe I ever stopped. I keep finding opportunities to step back and look at my life. It's hard to believe I have settled for existing in the background for so long. That's just not me! I want to LIVE my life, every minute of everyday. I'm making several lifestyle changes and I refuse to go back to where I started. I realize there will be obstacles and set backs but I will not let them derail me anymore. If I fall, I WILL get back up everytime!! My body is God's Temple and I'm going to treat it as such. Keep following and I will keep updating. I will have before and after pictures at the end of this journey.
