wow! After a seven-month Hiatus I am finally back on track. I lost 9 pounds in one week
211.1 lb Lost so far: 82.1 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I cut carbs almost completely out, I upped my fats and my protein and I'm able to get by on less than 700 calories per day
