After toilet. No wraps. Pleased to see my efforts rewarded. when I reach the high 180s I will try to shower in the bath again instead of strip washing over a bucket. It feels crazy that I allowed myself to get so fat but losing my brother over a year ago was a big blow.
430.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 166.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
