4 Rounds: • Air Squat followed with Bag Side Kick 8 each, 20x Alternate Punches • :30 sec push-up hold (halfway down), 5x pull-ups, TRX 8 ea side • DB alternate lunges, with Curls & Press, repeat other side 10x • BOSU 10x, Mountain Climbers 20x
Conditioning: 10 minutes • 30 Cal Cardio • KB farmers Carry 100m • Bag Kick Front 8x/each, Punch 🤛 front only 20x

Yep, and I record 150 calories burned by just reading your log. Can imagine you get bored and end up doing a hard workout on the beach. Many of the things you do, can be done there. But I hope you find ways to get some good rest, and rather use your surplus energy on more holidays kind of things. No need to say more 😉
