Not weighed in a long time and it shows. I’ve clearly fluctuated a little bit of the past weeks. On a positive note I’ve lost an inch on my waist. Think I need to up my cardio workouts.

179.2 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
