Try eating a banana or avocado. Usually something with lots of potassium helps.

Thank you adultosaur! I take meds for it, but something is setting it off. I will try that!

I get it every time I am pregnant. It’s maddening! Sometimes coconut water helps too. Milk also has a lot of potassium. I’ve found good sources are better than a supplement. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Good Luck!

Adultosaur- i slept pretty well after a tall glass of milk! I do believe that it’s something lacking in my nutrition department 😁

Evaluate your intake of magnesium and potassium. And if you are a Keto person also evaluate your sodium intake. SARNA lotion or TOPRICIN cream and aa pair of light compression knee high socks may help, but address electrolyte issue first if you are Keto

Thank you so much Kenna! I am not keto, but I’m sure that the issue is definitely nutritional, it was well controlled with the meds before I started restricting my diet and walking a lot more.
I am going to try the lotion for sure. I have air compression sleeves that I need to start using again also. Thank you again! ❤️
