Watched game 7 of the NLCS last night at a local sports bar to watch my Giants lay the smack down on St Louis. HELL YA!! So last night, I had 3 beers, 3 jamesons, more hot wings, buffalo cheese sticks, and some "rellik cordon bleu" poppers... all with ranch sauce. Mmmm hmmm. Fat boy city!! haha! Scale showed a slight increase, mirror reflected the same, but it's all gooooood. Game 1 of the world series is Wednesday here in the Bay! I have a feeling my quest to 170 lbs will be put on a hold for a week :D!
-sidenote: .50 cent beers are not good running fuel. After work I stopped by a bar right outside the base, downed 2 16 oouncers, and bailed since I knew I had to go running and then catch the game...I did my two miles, but oh boy was it tough! Haha!

Uh, ya. I just like to do things the hard way. Then I learn my lesson first hand. *shrugs* I'm a little stubborn. and do what I want, when I want, with whom I want hahaha. I'm enjoying it while it lasts! Put a steady lady into the picture and that obviously gets thrown out the door!

Hahah are you really suprised at the running after chugging 2 beers?? One beer and I instantly feel about 10 lbs heavier. Glad you had a good night though! Good luck with the series, always makes it tough to stay on track when you're enjoying some good sports with lots of food and alcohol.

I know!! When faced with a situation like that, well, it's tough, but one can still choose the lesser of the tasty evils! At least wings are a-ok in my book, so I'm all good. muahaha!

Your A's couldn't hit....or field for that matter. Giants have their hands full as do the Tigers, which is why it will be an epic series!

For a team that can't field or hit, they did pretty damn good all things considered. The Tigers didn't beat the A's, Verlander beat the A's! Anywhich way, It's on the Giants to keep the Bay's dream of another title alive. I hope they can maintain the heart they've had in the past 3 games!

I give the A's credit, they gave a good scare and were totally over-performing based on what everyone was rating them as. The Giants have proved their resiliency these last two series so I just hope the Tigers do not underestimate that.
