Day whatever and no weight loss. I’m not used to this. I haven’t gained, but I haven’t lost.
I’m not gonna quit, but I’m frustrated. I still have at least 30 lbs to lose. Sighhhhhh...
201.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just your body re adjusting...scales dont tell it all

stick with it. its a lifelong process. stable is ok, even a few pounds up and down is normal. look at your results over time. that downward trend is what you want to achieve.
