No, no, no! No panicking! You are doing so well!!! Plateaus are our body's way of resting. IMHO I think that maybe you should eat just a little more for a couple of days, and let your body reset... at least that is how my body works. I am rooting for you!

and I agree the body has had enough and is holding on tight, feed it and then go back to your dieting.

I’m going to take all your advice.
I’m not going to panic (a little late for that🤨), I’m going to eat more calories for a couple days (are donuts ok😁? Just kidding darn it! ), and the stress is now gone (yeah RIGHT!😂But I will try!).
Thank you all so much for your encouraging words and suggestions. 😍

It’s probably just water weight if you’re taking aspirin or ibuprofen then it’s time to stop these two medications can cause your body to retain water.

Good grief, you are so strong to eat such a little amount, I am on steroids cannot eat so little. What chance do I stand if you aren't even losing? I heard small intake like that can slow down the thyroid as your body gets annoyed at so little. Perhaps one week of eating a decent amount might stop your body from being in a panic?

HumanOne - Acually, I’ve been taking more naproxen than usual for a crazy painful shoulder. I’m going to cut back on them. Thx!
LadyDawny - it’s amazing how low calorie stuff there is on the market these days but I’m mostly sticking to unprocessed food and I don’t eat anything white. No potatoes, no white bread, no white rice, no sugar, etc.
I feel bad for you though. Steroids? YUCK! I hate their side effects! Hang in there with those steroids. They don’t last forever, right?!

Do not panic. Plateaus happen to us all. Keep steady, yput body will catch up. I've plateaued myself this week and I tend to stress it but I can't my nemisis(cortisol) is right around the bend.

That is not enough calories for an everyday plan, you will have a very hard time losing weight, especially if you are working out. Usually super low calories like what you are doing is done 2-3 times a week and better on rest days not workout days. Then the other days you eat moderate but still in a calorie deficit.

I’ve started losing again, 2 lbs in the last 4 days. I have started eating more calories. I’m eating 1000 now and have been for a couple days. I like your info Roundsquare87. I think I’m going to try your advice. Wish me luck. :)
