Back down to my record low weight today, so just one teeny tiny pound to get to my next mini goal!!
I stuck to my meal plan 100% yesterday, although I was really hungry yesterday, so had a few extra snacks and therefore a more calories that I like to have mid-week.
Once again, I stuck 250% to my exercise plan yesterday! I had planned on doing a 20 minute Dyna-Band workout yesterday, but on top of that, since I was working from home, I decided to actually venture out to the gym for a change! I did 25 minutes on the Treadclimber, which is a dual band treadmill, supposed to make you work twice as hard as a normal treadmill - it's kind of like hiking. Anyway, then I attempted to do 2000 metres on the rowing machine, but only managed 1000 before my bottom muscles could take no more!!
It's a beautiful sunny day here in Southampton! Shame I'm stuck inside at home studying all day, but I guess it's better than being in the office!! Have a great day!
