Goanapsy, spero tu sia all’ascolto: avevi ragione! Alzando le kcal si dimagrisce lo stesso... sono a 1400 (e neanche sempre pulite, nel senso che ci scappa sempre il biscotto o la focaccina o il prosecco o il gelato o....) eppure sto scendendo... ❣️
