WhooHoo! Love those -3s. I'm still eating the Fiber One cereal and it is having the effect I hoped for. The added fiber has proven beneficial. It hasn't been a scientific experiment b/c I ate some apple pie during the first week which skewed my weight results. Week 2, corrected week one and showed an overall loss for 2 weeks. I'll continue for another week b/c I feel much peppier. Have a great week FS Buddies. S.
