I forgot to weigh in before I ate breakfast, got in the shower, washed my hair (all 3 1/2' of it . . . it weighs a ton wet) and had a wet beach towel wrapped around it. Even at that, I weighed 209. I think I actually lost this week, but won't know 'til I weigh in NEXT week. Oh well. I put down 209 . . . AGAIN. How on earth can you forget to weigh in when you've been doing it every Thurs for 1 1/2 years?!!!

OMG! LOL! My poor brain burps CONSTANTLY in that case. Now I have a cause and a reason. It's NOT Alzheimer's. Yay!!!

Bonnie, I do the same, and then am really irritated with myself! Weigh the next day and record it...it will lift your spirits to see the movement on that chart! Hope you have a great weekend! Love you lots, my sweet friend, brain burps and all! lol
